- CargoPlex — Freight marketplace for shippers, carriers, and brokers
- SettlePro — Driver payroll and financial reporting tools
- CarrierShield — FMCSA compliance and monitoring
- Sultan Business Services — Business formation and compliance services
- Enterprise Dashboard — Fleet management analytics
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Freight Services Terms
Quotations: All freight quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual shipment details, access conditions, and any special handling requirements.
Booking: A shipment is confirmed only upon written confirmation from Sultan Freight. We reserve the right to decline any shipment request at our discretion.
Cargo Liability: Sultan Freight's liability for cargo loss or damage is limited to actual value, not to exceed the amount specified in the applicable Bill of Lading, subject to applicable federal regulations.
Prohibited Items: We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals, or items prohibited by federal, state, or local law without prior written authorization and appropriate permits.
Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.
5. Platform Applications
Access to our platform applications (IronRoute GPS, CargoPlex, etc.) is provided subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to each application. You agree to:
- Use platform applications only for lawful commercial purposes
- Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any application code or data
- Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platforms
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Provide accurate information and keep your account details current
6. User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the security or operation of our Services
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
- Use our Services for any unlawful commercial purpose
