Cancellation Policy

How to cancel
- In-app: Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription.
- Web: truckerprofit.com → Account → Billing → Cancel.
- Email: support@truckerprofit.com. We process within 24 hours.
What happens after cancellation
- You retain full Pro/Fleet features until your billing period ends.
- No more charges after that date.
- Your account stays — you can re-subscribe anytime without losing trip history.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, you're eligible for a full refund (see Refund Policy).
Annual plans
If you're on an annual plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual term. You keep full access for the remainder of the year. Pro-rated refunds are not available for annual plans except within the first 7 days (see Refund Policy).
Reactivating
You can reactivate any canceled subscription by logging in and selecting a plan. Your previous data (trip history, IFTA exports, settings) is preserved for 30 days post-cancellation. After 30 days, account data is purged for privacy compliance.
Trial cancellation
If you cancel during your 14-day free trial: no charge is made, account closes at the end of the trial unless you re-add a payment method. Trial cancellation is immediate (you don't have to wait for the trial period to end).
Apple App Store / Google Play subscribers
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through that platform's subscription management — we don't manage those subscriptions on our end. iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions.
Account deletion
Cancellation is not the same as account deletion. To fully delete your account and data, email privacy@truckerprofit.com. CCPA/GDPR compliant within 30 days.
