Refund Policy

TL;DR: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, we refund 100% — no questions asked.

How to request

Three ways, any of them works:

  1. In-app: Settings → Billing → "Request refund" button.
  2. Web: log in at truckerprofit.com → Account → Billing → Request refund.
  3. Email: support@truckerprofit.com with subject "Refund request — [your email]". We respond within 24 hours business days.

Processing time

Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. Most card refunds appear within 3–10 business days. Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds follow the same window.

What happens after a refund

Trial users

If you are still in your 14-day free trial and have not been charged: there is nothing to refund. Just cancel via Settings → Billing.

Disputes & escalation

If you believe a refund was wrongly denied, escalate to legal@truckerprofit.com. We resolve all disputes in good faith within 14 days.
