TL;DR: Use the app for legitimate trucking work. Pay your subscription. We provide it "as-is" — TruckerProfit is a tool, not a substitute for your own judgment about loads, taxes, or routes. Disputes go to arbitration in NJ. You can leave anytime; see Cancellation and Refunds.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TruckerProfit (web, iOS app, or Android app), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service description

TruckerProfit provides software for owner-operator truckers and small fleets including: per-load profit calculations, IFTA tracking, voice-controlled dispatch, route planning with toll estimates, BOL/POD storage, and subscription billing via Stripe. Some features require an active Pro ($4.99/mo) or Fleet ($9.99/mo) subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and hold or be in the process of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or otherwise be authorized to manage commercial freight operations in the United States or Canada.

4. Subscriptions

Free tier

You can use TruckerProfit Free indefinitely with limited features. No card required.

Trial

14-day Pro/Fleet trial, no card required to start. Trial converts to paid only if you add a payment method. Trial eligibility is per-device-fingerprint + email + IP (D10) to prevent abuse.

Paid tiers

Pro — $4.99/mo. Single driver. Full features including AI Profit Score, IFTA, voice dispatch, unlimited trip history.
Fleet — $9.99/mo per driver. Multi-driver dashboard, dispatcher portal, fleet analytics.

Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime per the Cancellation Policy.

Refunds

7-day no-questions-asked refund on first paid charge per the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including transporting illegal cargo, evading taxes, or filing false IFTA returns.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the apps.
Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or trial restrictions.
Resell access to your account or share login credentials with non-authorized users.
Use the service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications.
Inject malicious code, scrape at unreasonable rates, or interfere with other users' service.

6. User content

You retain ownership of trip data, BOL/POD images, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process this content solely to operate the service for you. We don't claim ownership of your data and we don't use it to train AI models.

7. Disclaimers

TruckerProfit is a tool to help you make decisions. It is not:

A substitute for professional accounting or legal advice. IFTA filings prepared with our help are still your legal responsibility.
A guarantee that any load will be profitable. AI Profit Score is a model output, not investment advice.
Authorized to dispatch you against FMCSA hours-of-service rules. The driver remains responsible for HOS compliance.
An operator of motor vehicles. Voice commands operate the app, not the truck.

Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckerProfit Inc. and Sultan Freight Logistics LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising out of your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruckerProfit Inc., its officers, employees, and Sultan Freight Logistics LLC from any claim arising out of your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or fail to pay. You may terminate at any time via the Cancellation Policy. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Newark, NJ. You and TruckerProfit waive the right to a jury trial. Class actions are not permitted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
